ওয়েব ডেস্ক : দীপাবলী উৎসবের ক’দিন ঘুরে আসুন নলহাটিতে। দেখুন শক্তিপীঠ নলাটেশ্বরী মন্দির।পশ্চিমবঙ্গ-ঝাড়খণ্ড সীমান্তের কাছে নলহাটি শহরে নলাটেশ্বরী মন্দির। এই মন্দিরের নামানুসারেই বীরভূম জেলার ছোট্ট এই শহরের নাম হয় নলহাটি। পৌরাণিক কাহিনী অনুসারে এখানেই সতীর নলা অর্থাৎ দেবী শক্তির গলা পড়েছিল। এটি ৫১টি শক্তিপীঠের মধ্যে একটি। নলহাটি একটি জংশন রেলওয়ে স্টেশন। এই স্টেশনে পূর্ব রেলওয়ের পুরাতন সাহেবগঞ্জ লুপ আজিমগঞ্জ লাইনের সঙ্গে মিলিত হয়েছে। ছোটনাগপুর মালভূমির ৪৮ মিটার উচ্চতায় অবস্থিত নলহাটি শহর। এখানে বেশ কম উচ্চতার একটি ছোট পাহাড় রয়েছে। এই শহরে পর্যটকদের প্রধান আকর্ষণ নলাটেশ্বরী মন্দির ও আনা বাবা মাজার শরীফ। স্বাস্থ্যকর ও দূষণমুক্ত পরিবেশের কারণে এই শহর ভালো লাগবেই। শহর লাগোয়া বাউটিয়ার কাছে চন্দ্রমণি পাহাড় ও ব্রাহ্মণী নদীর সৌন্দর্যেও মুগ্ধ হবেন। নলহাটির প্রধান আকর্ষণ নলাটেশ্বরী মন্দিরটি দেবী পার্বতীকে উৎসর্গ করা হয়েছে। মন্দিরের পিছনে একটি ছোট পাহাড় রয়েছে। এই পাহাড়ে রয়েছে আনা বাবা মাজার শরীফ। আর এই পাহাড়ের চূড়া থেকে দূরের রাজমহল পাহাড়ের দৃশ্য দেখুন। মন ভালো হয়ে যাবে।
জেনে রাখুন – নলাটেশ্বরী মন্দিরে পুজো শুরু হয় ভোর সাড়ে ৫টায়। আর রাত সাড়ে ৮টায় মন্দির বন্ধ হয়ে যায়।এই সময়ের মধ্যে পুজো দিতে পারবেন।সন্ধ্যায় আরতি হয়।দুপুর দেড়টার সময় অন্নভোগ বিতরণ করা হয় এই মন্দিরে।অন্নভোগ বা প্রসাদ পাওয়া নিশ্চিত করতে একদিন আগে মন্দির কর্তৃপক্ষের সঙ্গে যোগাযোগ করুন। অন্নভোগ বাবদ অনুদান মূল্য ৫১ টাকা।যোগাযোগ করবেন ৯৪৩৪০০১৫৫৩, ৮৩৭১৯৮৮৭৯২ এবং ৭৯৩২২২৬৬৪৯ নাম্বারে।মন্দির কর্তৃপক্ষ দর্শনার্থীদের আবাসের ব্যবস্থাও করেছেন। এর বুকিং করুন যাওয়ার আগেই।যদিও নলহাটি স্টেশনের কাছে দু-একটি হোটেল-লজও পাবেন।
নলহাটিতে রহস্যময় আরও কিছু দর্শনীয় স্থান রয়েছে। সেগুলিও দেখে নিতে পারেন। নলাটেশ্বরী মন্দির থেকে কয়েক কিলোমিটার দূরেই রয়েছে যোগেশ ভৈরবের মন্দির। এই মন্দিরের দেয়ালে ভগবান বিষ্ণুর এক জোড়া পায়ের ছাপ সাম্প্রতিক সময়েও আশ্চর্যজনকভাবে লক্ষ্য করা যায় বলে দাবি। এটাকে কেউ কেউ ঈশ্বরের আশীর্বাদ বলে মনে করেন। অন্যদিকে, একটি রহস্যময় নিমগাছ সম্পর্কে জনশ্রুতি রয়েছে। এই নিমগাছের পাতা সরাসরি ডাল থেকে কাঁচা খাওয়া হলে এটি খুব মিষ্টি স্বাদ হবে। কিন্তু মাটিতে পড়ে থাকা এই নিমগাছের পাতার স্বাদ তেতো হবে। নলহাটিতে বর্গীডাঙ্গা নামে একটি জায়গা আছে। বলা হয়, বর্গী সর্দার বা মারাঠা সর্দার কিছু সময়ের জন্য নলাটেশ্বরীর মালভূমি অঞ্চলে বসবাস করেছিলেন। যার ফলে পরে এই স্থানটির নাম হয় বর্গী ডাঙ্গা। আর রয়েছে চন্দ্রমণি পাহাড় ও ব্রাহ্মনী নদী। ভালো লাগবে

Know – Nalateshwari temple puja starts at 5:30 AM. And the temple closes at 8:30 PM. Puja can be offered during this time. Aarti is performed in the evening. Food is distributed in this temple at 1:30 PM. Contact the temple authorities one day before to ensure availability of food or prasad. Donation price for food is 51 taka. Nalhati has some other mysterious sights. You can also check them. A few kilometers away from the Nalateshwari temple is the temple of Yogesh Bhairav. A pair of footprints of Lord Vishnu are claimed to be surprisingly visible even in recent times on the walls of this temple. Some consider it a blessing from God. On the other hand, there is a legend about a mysterious neem tree. The leaves of this neem tree taste very sweet when eaten raw directly from the pods. But the leaves of this neem tree lying on the ground will taste bitter. There is a place called Bargidanga in Nalhati. Bargi Sardar or Maratha Sardar is said to have lived in the plateau region of Nalateswari for some time. As a result, this place was later named Bargi Danga.
